I was in Science class reading my study guide. Then Mr. Adkins rushed in and turned on the television. I was thinking, oh yay, cartoons, but he turned on the news. Just great, we get to watch the news. When he turned it to the news channel there was smoke, a lot of smoke! When he told me that we got hit, I just couldnt believe it. This has never happened before. Mindy and I stared at the television in amazement. We were quite scared. Everybody was shocked. I dont think anybody will ever forget this day, September 11, 2001.

I was just sitting around reading when Mr. Adkins turned on the tv. I asked him why, and he said that the White House had been threatened, bomb threatened. He went on to say that a hijacked airplane crashed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon had been bombed too! The reporter was talking to some lucky people. One lady said, my little girl had two friends over, and I had to pick something up from the World Trade Center. My little girl was hungry and we stopped at a sandwich shop. While we were eating the Trading Center was bombed!
This is horrible! I hope this doesnt lead to war. I hope they find the people who did this! I will never, never, ever forget this day.

This is the beginning of World War 3. I am only 10, and I think the United States should be doing something about this! I dont feel very happy or vey sad. I kind of feel in between.

I think some men hijacked the planes and literally crashed into 3 buildings on purpose. And I think was will happen is that theyll rebuild the buildings and try to figure how if it was another country attacking us or if it was Americans hijacking the planes. I feel mad that our country has been attacked.

I think that the country that bombed the buildings was jealous of such a good country with freedom. I think that if we find out who did it we will go to war. I feel terrible because we might have to go to war.I feel sad and angry. I could not believe it. Smoke was everywhere. Everything looked like a big black cloud. It was terrible.

I feel bad about those people in the Trade Center. When the plane crashed into the Trade Center they didnt have a chance to leave. I will not forget this day, September 11, 2001.
